Our Procedure of Buying Scrap

Our metal scrap buying process is designed to ensure transparency, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. The procedure involves a systematic approach to inspection and immediate, secure payment upon verification.
Scrap Buying & Site Inspection Process

  1. Initial Contact & Inquiry: We discuss the type (ferrous, non-ferrous), quantity, and location of the scrap.

  2. On-Site Inspection: Our trained team visits your location to visually inspect the scrap for quality, grade, and contamination.

  3. Detailed Assessment:

    • Contamination Check: We check for contaminants, non-metallic items, and prohibited hazardous materials.

    • Sorting & Segregation: Scrap is classified into ferrous (iron/steel) or non-ferrous (copper, aluminium, brass) to ensure accurate pricing.

    • Radiation Safety: We verify the absence of radioactive materials.

  4. Weighing: We use certified digital scales on-site to accurately weigh the material, ensuring transparency in weight.

  5. Finalizing Price: The price is determined on the spot based on current market rates for the specific grade and weight of the metal.
